Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and filter replacements on heating and air conditioning units.
- Help troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment to support field operations.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local regulations and safety standards.
Education & Licensing
- High school diploma or GED
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

This position involves working primarily in neighborhoods such as Iona, Fairway Estates, and Rose, where you will utilize your expertise to enhance the comfort of our local clients year-round.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, providing customers with effective solutions.
- Perform HVAC installations and retrofits, ensuring compliance with local codes.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
- Manage customer accounts and follow up on service requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete service documentation and report findings to management.
Education & Licensing
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- NATE Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Requirements
